摘要
This study accesses the relationship between organizational climate and quality management practice of Taiwan's small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. The result shows that high quality-tendency organizations tend to have loose organizational structure while low quality-tendency organizations emphasize organizational structure. With regards to organizational flexibility, medium quality-tendency organizations tend to emphasize that more followed by high quality-tendency organization and then low quality-tendency organization.
