Effects of ultra-thin cerium fluoride as anode buffer layer of organic light emitting diodes with thermal activated delayed fluorescence

摘要

In this paper, the external quantum efficiency was enhanced by UV-ozone treated 0.5 nm CeF3 film as anode buffer layer from 14 to 17 %. The current density enhanced from 170 to 312 mA/cm2, luminance enhanced from 14780 to 24326 cd/m2, and efficiency enhanced from 24.4 to 29.2 cd/A.
