摘要

The nano-whisker of ITO deposited with oblique evaporation method has been investigated in nitride-based nano-pillars. This hybrid structure of ITO nano-whiskers above ZnO medium enhances the broadband and angle-independent anti-reflection in the range between 380 nm and 800 nm.
