摘要

A local structure around the Cu atom in the complete amorphous film with the composition of Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_x glass was investigated by the Cu EXAFS (extended X-ray absorption fine structure) analysis. Using Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O_x. crystals (Cu-O= 1.91 Å) as a reference sample, the average Cu-O distance of the glass was estimated to be 1. 89 Å. The glass-forming ability of the glass was discussed on the basis of coordination of the Cu atom.
