Explore the image perception of “tujia brocade” based on the tujia cultural and ecological environment

摘要

“Tujia Brocade” has a long history. It continuously learned from other ethnic groups during the long-term development process. With economic globalization and modernization, various adverse conditions made ”Tujia Brocade” hardly keep up with the trend and had difficulty in entering the daily life. The study investigated the overall image perception and image space distribution of consumers for different types of “Tujia Brocade” patterns. The influence of the basic components of the “Tujia Brocade” patterns on consumer imagery had been explored. The study was aim to help the “Tujia Brocade” designers to understand consumer psychology, and to promote the commercialization process of “Tujia Brocade”. The questionnaires were collected, and it was found that the subjects had different image perception for different types of “Tujia brocade”. After factor analysis, three factors of imagery were extracted, which were the cultural factor, the styling factor and the perceptual factor. The image space distributions were also achieved.
