N2 - We study the exclusive decays of (Formula presented) in the framework of perturbative QCD by identifying (Formula presented) as the composition of (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) We find that the influence of the (Formula presented) content on the predicted branching ratios is crucial. We discuss the possible rescattering and gluonium states which could enhance the branching ratios of the considered decays. We point out that the CP asymmetry in (Formula presented) could be a new explorer of (Formula presented)
