N2 - We study the T violating effects in the baryonic decays of (Formula presented) with a polarized (Formula presented) We show that the transverse (Formula presented) polarizations in these baryonic decays could be as large as (Formula presented) in (Formula presented) violating theories beyond the standard model such as the SUSY models, which can be tested in various future hadron colliders.
