N2 - Germanium oxide (GeO2) compound is a nanoparticle, orienting research to the development of biomedical strategy and applications. This chapter creates a valuable research strategy on the basic properties of α-quartz crystalline. The significant feature behaviors comprise stability structural forms, wave vector-dependent band structures, change densities, van Hove singularities in density of states, and excitation optical characteristics. The current geometric structure belongs to the large indirect gap semiconductor Eig 3.2193eV. The diverse parabolic, partial flat, or weak dispersions come into existence, and the specific band space from − 5.3 to − 4.2eV. This might lead to crucial applications and chemical integration engineering. Other electronic and optical properties are also discussed in detail, which can be partly tested by experimental measurements.
