The present work investigates the Hall effect on an electrically conducting fluid in MHD natural convection past a vertical plate in porous medium with heat and mass transfer. The numerical results are solved by the Keller-Box method. The velocity, temperature and concentration profiles, the local Nusselt and Sherwood number, for magnetic parameter H ranges from 0 to 4, Hall parameter m ranges from 0 to 4, porosity ε ranges from 0.2 to 0.9 and buoyancy ratio N ranges from 0 to 4 are presented. Numerical results showed that, as the Hall parameter m increases or magnetic parameter H decreases, the local heat and mass transfer rates increase. In addition, as the porosity increases, both the tangential and lateral velocities increase and as the buoyancy ratio N increases, the heat transfer rate increases.
