摘要

The development of lead-free material system becomes the current trend for replacing the lead-based ones. This project aims to explore the (Ba0.98Ca0.02)(Ti0.94Sn0.06)O3 doped x mole% SiO2 (BCTS-xSi) materials system. This piezoelectric ceramic compound is a new test that with high energy density and to achieve the drive LED light.
