Herein, we propose a method for preparing highly stable perovskite CsPbBr3 nanocrystals embedded within silica matrices using novel electrospray injection deposition without the aid of a catalyst, water, or ligand. In contrast to conventional colloidal perovskite film formation, the proposed method offers a simple, scalable route towards stable and smooth film formation, which is beneficial for robust and high-performance light-emitting diode devices.
