N2 - In this study, we investigated the characteristics of perovskite solar cells under low illuminance conditions. As a result, open-circuit voltage of perovskite solar cells remained over 0.8V at 0.1% illumination of AM1.5. To further improvement, internal states of perovskite solar cells were investigated by impedance spectroscopy. As a result, it was indicated that mesoporous TiO2 is not suitable under low illuminance conditions.
