Investigating the photoelectric characteristics of the TiO2 composite graphene uv photodetector

摘要

In this paper, we controlled the thickness of the titanium oxide (TiO2) to enhance the performance of the graphene photodetector. We could find the responsivity and rising time were strong dependence on the thickness of the TiO2. We well explain by the semiconductor nanoparticles adsorption and desorption oxygen molecules.
