Laser Silicon carbide/LIG heterostructure PDMS-carbon materials by laser induction

摘要

In this study, we successfully fabricated silicon carbide/laser-induced graphene (SiC/LIG) materials by mixing Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with carbon powder by utilizing laser technology. This approach effectively addresses the challenges associated with traditional silicon carbide, including its rigidity, difficulty in processing, and high production costs, which has great potential for future high-performance devices.
