研究成果: Article同行評審

摘要

Man-in-the-barrel syndrome manifesting as brachial diplegia is a rare clinical condition which is mostly due to infarction in bilateral ACA-MCA border zones, as a result of systemic hypotension. The syndrome mainly occurs in critically ill patients who have poor prognoses or in patients receiving surgical interventions who have good prognoses. We present a patient who developed this syndrome without previous history of heart disease or surgical intervention and had good recovery.
