Intervention(s): Cytogenetic and fluorescence in situ hybridization analyses of the chromosome harvested from peripheral blood sample. Main Outcome Measure(s): Karyotype of the patient. Result(s): The patient has a unique derivative chromosome 9, der(9)(9qter→9p24::9p24→9p11::9p13→9qter). ish der(9) (CEP9×1,43N6×1,D9Z3×1).
