N2 - Among 217 Aeromonas isolates identified by sequencing analysis of their rpoB genes, the accuracy rates of identification of A. dhakensis, A. hydrophila, A. veronii, and A. caviae were 96.7%, 90.0%, 96.7%, and 100.0%, respectively, by the cluster analysis of spectra generated by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry.
