Mcirowave chaos generation with 32-GHz bandwidth using optically injected semiconductor lasers for radar applications

摘要

This study investigates broadband microwave chaos generation based on period-one dynamics of semiconductor lasers. Chaotic microwaves with a spectral distribution of more than 45 GHz and a bandwidth of about 32 GHz are obtained.
