摘要
New educational opportunities accompany the advent of the student-owned personal computer. This paper examines recently-developed simulation software which is designed to enhance the ability of the student to visualize the motion of various dynamical mechanisms. Immediate appreciation for the effect of parameter changes on the engineering properties of the motion is a prime educational goal. Techniques for computer animation are briefly reviewed, and student reaction to the software is discussed.
