摘要

A study was conducted to demonstrate NiOx electrode interlayer and NH2/CH3NH3PbBr3 interface treatment to advance hybrid perovskite-based light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The commonly used poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) poly(styrene-sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) hole transport layer (HTL) was replaced by a more suitable electrode interlayer, a compact nickel oxide (NiOx). The NiOx electrode interlayer helped the formation of a shiny CH3NH3PbBr3 lm on the substrate, exhibits a suitable energy level for the transport of holes, and blocked the transport of the electrons in CH3NH3PbBr3 reaching the electrodes to increase the probabilities for the recombination of opposite charge carriers in the active layer.
