N2 - Recent progress in epigenetics reveals dynamic chromatin interactions in the nucleus during development, regeneration, reprogramming, and in disease. Higher-order chromatin organization is manifested as changes in the topological distribution of eu-/heterochromatin and in nuclear morphology. We are now able to gain new knowledge about these changes at the genomic level.
