MEMS thermal film is usually using to measure flowfield velocity and shear stress, but the signal delay is occurred in high frequency pulsatitle flow. This paper was using the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to investigate the interaction of the MEMS thermal film boundary under different frequency pulsatile inflow. The numerical method was finite volume preconditioning density-based algorithm, and feedback adaptive heat source scheme. It was successfully to simulate this complex blowflies. The result shows that the vortex shedding was occurred when the pulsatile inflow without heat source state from slow down into acceleration process. The thermo-boundary and flow boundary were interactive with heat source state. The measurement signal is delay by the interaction of the conduction and pulsatile flow in vortex shedding. This research can offer reference basis limited to the experimental measurement.
