Bone level implant was first developed in 1965, and evolved to a simpler tissue level implant, which in turn, evolved into a one piece implant type. The structure of the one piece implant type combines the abutment and the fixture of an artificial tooth together. This study describes the current characteristics, surgical procedure, and issues of the one piece implant system, and explains how to resolve issues in the future.",
