摘要
A microcavity FabryProt resonator was constructed using a high reflective Al metal and SiO2 TiO2 distributed Bragg reflector. Resonant cavity organic light-emitting diodes (RCOLEDs) were fabricated using the microcavity FabryProt resonator and the conventional organic light-emitting diodes. To improve the optical performances, four-mode emission of the RCOLEDs was resulted by using SiO2 filler layer to extend the microcavity length. The improvement of the Commission Internationale d'Eclarirage and color-rendering index is attributed to the four-mode emission. The enhancement of brightness and luminance efficiency was attributed to the stimulated emission in the microcavity FabryProt resonator.
