N2 - Optical properties of La0.7Pb0.3MnO3 single crystals, which exhibit paramagnetic-to-ferromagnetic transition at Tc = 332 K, are studied by optical reflection spectroscopy over board frequency and temperature range. It is shown that this transition is accompanied by an abrupt increase of the free charge carrier density due to delocalization. Experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical predictions of Millis et al. for electron-phonon coupling strength λ ≈ 1.
