摘要
By taking into account the inevitable fabrication tolerance, we present two kinds of performance-tolerant models for microprism-type bent waveguides. The optical transmitted power efficiency is investigated by using the fast Fourier transform beam propagation method and the orthogonality overlap integral. We demonstrate the dependence of the performance tolerance region on practical fabrication parameters.
