摘要

Facial masks are known to moisturize skin to maintain proper skin health. The global sheet face mask market size was valued at USD 257.9 million in 2018. Nevertheless, there are few academic literatures to discuss the effect of facial mask on skin. In this study, we compare the commercially available instrument with our DRS system by measuring the skin after applying facial masks. The results show that our DRS system can effectively quantify the variations of skin hydration and redness induced by the application of facial masks.
