摘要

The remarkably enhanced gene silencing in hepatoma cells was achieved by assembling PEG-siRNA conjugates bearing ligand molecules into polyion complex (PIC) micelles through the mixing with poly(L-lysine). The enhanced tumor growth inhibition in hepatic muticellular tumor spheroids was achieved by PIC micelle. This study has opened a new opportunity of the PIC micelles as siRNA therapeutics.
