摘要

Due to the rise of consumer awareness, it is the time of user-centered design. The faster technologies develop, product application and changes in the market become more obvious. In addition to emphasizing the aesthetics of product modeling and the application of function technology, it has become the core of design trend for enterprises searching for value-added design models from the accumulation of user experience and applying design strategies to reinforce the competitive advantage of the product. In addition to finding out and solving problems in the design process, a designer, in the face of the integration of various design elements and users' physical and mental adaptation, needs an effective mechanism and a systematic design strategy to discuss the effect of users' behavioral experience on product design as well as the evaluation of perceived product use. For this reason, this study aims to discuss how to match needs and reduce the gap of user experience through the feedback of user experience at the beginning of design to effectively help designers experiencing needs, digging out problems, and proceeding design with correct directions. Four steps are proceeding in this study. (1) To record and calculate user experience, expected experience, and demand expectation through interview survey. (2) To record the interaction process of users using products with observation method and to break down the steps. (3) To record the advantages and shortcomings of user experience in the product use process and to classify the evaluation. (4) To compare the psychological factors before and after use with questionnaire survey and to discuss the correlation between user experience gap (disappointment) and user needs for products (expectation), with users' behavioral observation records and users' product satisfaction survey, to further develop the design direction.
