An extended potato transport theory for potato regions near the magnetic axis in an axysymmetric torus such as tokamaks and spherical tori is presented. The consequences of the orbit squeezing are also discussed. It is observed that transport fluxes such as ion radial heat flux and bootstrap current density are modified by a factor of the order of the square of the toroidal Mach number. The reduction factors are found to be in the near axis region for the potato orbits and in the core region for the banana orbits.
