N2 - Gastrointestinal tuberculosis is uncommon, especially when it occurs in the stomach, ileum and colon. We report a 42-year-old female native, whom had tuberculosis involving the stomach, terminal ileum and colon. She was initially misdiagnosed as Crohn's disease. Because of persistent abdominal cramping pain, and segmental narrowing of the ileum on barium study, she received an extended right hemicolectomy and ileostomy. She presented with hematemesis one year later. Panendoscopy and biopsy were performed. Tuberculosis of stomach was suspected. After reviewing the previous resected specimen, the diagnosis was revised as tuberculosis involving the stomach, terminal ileum and colon. After anti-tuberculosis (TB) treatment, her initial gastric ulcer resolved.
