Unsteady flow computation of a vibrating cascade

摘要

The use of computational fluid dynamic method in solving turbomachinery unsteady flow problems is becoming popular in the past decade. This will not only help the understanding of the unsteady flow and its coupling with structures, but will also significantly reduce the time for blade design and development. A three-dimensional time-accurate compressible Euler solver has been developed to study the unsteady flow phenomena under a blade vibrational motion. The computational method for a vibrating cascade with prescribed motion is discussed. The results show good agreement with experimental data is achieved.
