N2 - As the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) rapid development and popularization, information applications have gradually infiltrated into all areas of daily life, especially "Ubiquitous" applications become the hot topic. In this research, we proposed a ubiquitous hotel management framework based on RFID technology and distributed information system. With this framework, we established a successful business model for the resort hotel industry and provided the better services and receive greater satisfaction from customers with comfortable, friendly and innovative leisure environment.
