N2 - In this paper, the UV-ozone treated 5 wt% Li2CO3-doped NiO layers for 0.5 nm as anode buffer layer were prepared by thermal evaporation. The current density enhanced from 235 to 530 mA/cm2, luminance enhanced from 7588 to 17730 cd/m2, and efficiency enhanced from 3.2 to 3.34 cd/A.
