摘要

Counseling is defined as a talk therapy based on a special relationship that provides an opportunity and a safe environment for people to share experiences learn insights and change existing behavior The topics of consultation are wide-ranging including interpersonal relationships developing self-confidence enhancing emotional response skills and so on The case is shared with the guidance of the Counselor to share experience feedback and then learn The effect of treatment depends mainly on the skill of the therapist and the degree of involvement of the case If the therapist is paired with a nonverbal tool it will increase the level of involvement of the case in the consultation process In recent years psychotherapy has gradually introduced different tools into the consultative context as a medium for promoting dialogue Some studies point out that games can make learning more productive and easier to accept than traditional oral communication In the field of psychotherapy the groups that use cards are more popular than the pure talk groups However only a handful of cards are currently designed for psychological counseling and there are no recommendations for the design of counseling cards Therefore the purpose of this study is to: through the Miryoku research method find out the useful cards have the elements and on this basis put forward the counseling card design recommendations The study was focused on four experimental stages to extract the Miryoku element: (1) Counseling card collection and screening (2) Obtain the quality data of the card design characteristic (3) The quality model (Kano models) to classify the design features (4) Statistical analysis and verification According to the Miryoku engineering research interview 5 A psychologist with rich experience in cards has concluded through the study process: (1) Card design elements of the upper factors including convenience trust and intimacy and the corresponding specific description of the project ( i e design elements ) as a counseling card design characteristics of the evaluation project (2) Through a two-dimensional quality model questionnaire analysis of the target population with the experience of using card in clinical field the author sums up the attractive quality one-dimensional quality and must-be quality indifference quality and reverse quality classification (3) Based on the analysis and evaluation of the consumer satisfaction coefficient and the construction of the interview data the author tries to put forward the suggestion of the card design direction by using the high evaluation of the domestic and foreign existing cards and provides effective reference information for the card designer to use
